I started on the other server because I was out of room for new characters on Tensess. So over on Nezeb I made myself an elf girl. I wanted to see more than I had in the past so I pushed through all the quests despite people trying to steal kills and the like that goes on over in the league and I actually made it off that first little allod. (That's what we call the floating islands.)
I was a little confused on the next little allod I was on, but something was said about a ship so I ran toward the large disk thing that helps you board ships. I'm newb enough still I don't know what they're called.
As I ran toward the boarding disk thing, the ship took off without me. I was not alone. Erika The Red was also left standing on the shore of the small allod watching the ship head home, where we needed to go.
The ship of course came back around and we promptly got on board. I made a joke about how rude it was for them to leave us before and Erika joked back.
I've found that things are much more pleasant in the Leauge once you get off that little newbie allod you start on. There's less spam in zone chat, less people trying to step in your way.
I had a lot of fun and am glad I've started playing Allods again.
