Moonshade started the main part of her day by going out to feed. She was having a little difficulty with her food however and soon gave it up. While she was feeding she found Tim, who looked a lot like a girl. Moonshade hadn’t figured him to be a tranny, but she’s not judging.
At least not on that, it’s the scary look on his face that sent her running.
Moonshade hung out on a strange cliff where the sun is always setting and gravity affects no one. She was too afraid to step off the cliff and test the gravity issue for herself. It was an interesting place where people, mostly vampires, gathered to watch the never ending sunset. Except the Contessa who almost always has her back to the sun.
Moonshade commented on her misadventures in other parts of Whirled and almost all agreed that she should hang out with them more than the little children that scare her so. Though, being who she is, she can’t avoid the kids completely. She has hope that some of them can be brought to the light.
Moogie showed up dressed all snazzy in a suit and Shade told him how sexy that was. A couple of man-girls agreed and decided to hang out on his arms. Way to go Moogie!
Shade took a bit of a break from all the hanging out and sunset watching to return the to the tree house village. While she was there a guest popped in. The guest suggested an inn in the village and Shade thought that was a great idea.
She went back to the sunset cliff and met lots of people while there. She took her cat form several times and claimed people by sitting on their heads. That’s how cats do things.
Nemo came back and this time decided to sit down with everyone else rather than just stand there all creepy like silent and watching. Shade liked him better talking and felt friendly enough to lean back against his leg, which he allowed. Others crowded around him as well, so it was a good time to be Nemo, surrounded by mostly female vampires and whatever the heck Ceres is.
Ceres danced on Nemo’s head until he couldn’t take it any longer and they got into an art war. It was very entertaining.
There was some debate on who had one or if it was a draw. Shade thought that since Ceres was in a coffin, that meant Nemo won, but he was pretty sure the monkey was about to do him in.
Someone called for a round two and Shade thought it was a free for all, but when her sun started setting things on fire and her catapults sieged Rapunzel’s tower others seemed to grow annoyed. Not wanting to upset anyone, and since the fires were put out with other watery art, Shade deleted the fire and the sun and drew herself a little Moonshade symbol in the sky instead. She decided to stick to drawing tiaras and crowns for people instead, those are much nicer things.
Don’t you just love the little prince trying to rescue Ceres Rapunzel and the little witch trying to stop him?
